Discover something new with every few steps you take

There is a lot to experience in the 110 sq kilometre Eifel National Park! You can either set off on a journey of discovery on your own or you can head out on a guided tour. Our National Park rangers offer guided walks several times a week – they are free and you don’t need to sign up in advance. There is a tour to suit every visitor!

If you are looking for a guided walk for a private group, you are in very good hands with the voluntary forest guides: pay an expenses allowance of just 15 EUR per group and hour and you are free to choose the location, time, language, difficulty level and theme of your walk.

And, even if you want to discover the National Park off your own bat, you can look forward to plenty of fascinating experiences: visit our information centres, such as the Eifel National Park Centre; head off on foot, on your bike, on horseback or enjoy nature from a boat.

Many of the National Park Authority’s offers are barrier-free, so everyone can enjoy the natural experience. We are doing our best to remove barriers and want to make a wild piece of nature accessible to all visitors! Please see “Barrier-free accessibility” for more information.
